Jarod Avila

Jarod Avila is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the health insurance and banking industries. Currently serving as Group Executive for Member Services at HBF Health, Jarod has demonstrated leadership in digital acquisition, service channels, and customer technology enhancements. Previously, Jarod held various senior roles at Bankwest, including General Manager and Tribe Lead for Customer Experience, where significant customer and technology transformations were achieved. With a strong foundation in strategy development from positions at HSBC Bank, ANZ Banking Group, and The Boston Consulting Group, Jarod combines a robust educational background in Law and Commerce from The University of Western Australia with advanced leadership training from Leadership WA and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
