Phillipa Grant Fchsm Che

Phillipa Grant FCHSM CHE has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Phillipa is currently the Head of Health Services at HBF Health, where they are responsible for informing the strategic review and future direction of support programs offered to members. Prior to their current role, they were a Care Coordination Manager at HBF Health, leveraging their extensive experience in chronic disease management programs.

Before joining HBF Health, Phillipa worked at Medibank as a Clinical Lead, where they developed and implemented a coordinated care pilot program. Phillipa provided leadership to achieve program objectives and successfully managed internal change during a period of rapid growth.

Earlier in their career, Phillipa was a Business Adviser at CheckUP Australia, where they provided advice and input to the Diabetes Care Project. Phillipa also led clinical teams in both metro and regional Queensland locations.

Phillipa's experience also includes working as an Allied Health Service Manager at Blue Care, where they were responsible for the planning, delivery, and maintenance of Allied Health Services in the north Brisbane catchment.

Phillipa Grant FCHSM CHE received their Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Otago between 1990 and 1995. Phillipa then pursued further education at the Australasian College of Health Service Management, with the completion year unknown, where they focused on health service management.
