Tim Papanicolaou

Tim Papanicolaou has extensive experience in workforce optimization and planning, currently holding the position of Workforce Optimisation Manager at HBF Health since October 2017. Prior roles include various positions in workforce planning and analysis, such as Senior Workforce Planning Data, Speech and Systems Analyst, and Workforce Optimisation Analyst. Before joining HBF Health, Tim Papanicolaou worked at iiNet from March 2008 to August 2017, serving as Resource Planning Manager and gaining international experience through training roles in Manila and South Africa focused on the Genesys WFM platform. Tim Papanicolaou has a background in customer service, having held positions ranging from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Manager, and has completed education at Ocean Reef Senior High School, Edith Cowan University, and Macquarie University.
