Mahmoud Issa

Mahmoud Issa is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HBM Engineering Group, LLC since June 2007, Mahmoud has previously worked as a Senior Project Engineer at TYLin from July 1999 to June 2007 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Illinois Chicago from July 1997 to June 1999. Additionally, Mahmoud held the position of Chief of Technical Department/Full Instructor at the Faculty of Engineering Science and Technology from August 1982 to June 1992. Mahmoud's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, also from The University of Texas at Arlington.
