Yaiza R. has over a decade of experience in various roles within the finance and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Finance Assistant at Lothian Broadband since October 2022, previous positions include Finance Assistant and Reservations Agent at Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End, and Front Office Receptionist at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre. Yaiza began a career in the hospitality industry with roles at Firmdale Hotels PLC and Corinthia Hotel London, gaining skills in customer service, reservations management, and departmental training. Earlier experience includes administrative support at Adecco Professional España and Ineuropa Handling, where tasks involved client interaction and departmental assistance. Yaiza holds a degree in History of Art from Universitat de Barcelona and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The Open University.
