Hans-Christian Troedsson

Hans-Christian Troedsson is the current Director at HBR Consulting. Prior to their current position, they were the Sr. Manager, Advisory - Legal Technology at HBR Consulting from October 2018 to March 2020. Before their time at HBR Consulting, they were with Duff & Phelps from July 2015 to September 2018 where they were the Sr. Manager, Legal Management Consulting.

Troedsson has extensive experience in legal operations and consulting, having worked on transformative legal operations initiatives for both a Silicon Valley company and a century-old, decentralized Global 400 company. In their previous role at Duff & Phelps, they were in charge of a legal operations initiative for a Silicon Valley company that grew from a Fortune 400 to a Fortune 100 in 4 years. This required extensive implementation of organization and structure while still respecting the company's entrepreneurial spirit. Hans-Christian also worked on a project to help a century-old, decentralized Global 400 company gain structure and insight into its global legal operations and spend.

At HBR Consulting, Troedsson is currently working on a project to improve engagement frameworks with outside legal service providers, establish repeatable, quality in-house processes, and implement multiple systems for matter management, contract management, IP management and to analyze spend.

Hans-Christian Troedsson graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, and Applied Foreign Languages from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Hans-Christian also holds a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
