David Moskowitz

David Moskowitz has worked in various roles since 2016. David began their career as an Intern at 8VC, before becoming a Consultant, Senior Associate, and finally a Principal. In 2021, they became a Board Director at hC Bioscience, Inc., Cartography Biosciences, and Appia Bio. David also became Co-founding investor and CEO of 8VC NewCo in 2021. In 2020, they became Co-founding investor and Board Director of Nuanced Health, and Board Observer of Unlearn.AI. In 2019, they were a Board Observer of Mantra Bio, BigHat Biosciences, and Sonoma Biotherapeutics.

David Moskowitz attended Stanford University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics. From 2014 to 2016, they also obtained an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University. Prior to that, they attended Brown University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Sc.B. in Computational Biology.
