Currently serving as Director and Senior Project Manager at HC Company, Inc. since June 2022, Chad has previously held significant roles at Andersen Construction, BNBuilders, Venture General Contracting, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Turner Construction, contributing expertise in managing complex projects from 2005 onwards. Chad began a career in insurance as a Producer at Greg Kimberling Insurance and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Idaho, earned between 2001 and 2004.

We also provide customer service to our clients by offering pre-construction / pre-leasing conceptual budgets, project value engineering and pre-construction scheduling. HC Company, Inc. maintains management professionals with project experience encompassing an in-depth background in all phases of construction. Our professional construction management services are tailored to the complexity and size of each individual project. We belong to the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and maintain LEED certified personnel on our staff to facilitate sustainable building practices. While our commitment to quality is our top priority, we also pride ourselves on building strong long lasting client relationships. HC Company's President, Dan Hayes, has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration from Oregon State University. Co-Owner and Vice President, Matt Smith, is a Boise State University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
