Chad Smith

Chad Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as Director and Senior Project Manager at HC Company, Inc. since June 2022, Chad has previously held significant roles at Andersen Construction, BNBuilders, Venture General Contracting, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Turner Construction, contributing expertise in managing complex projects from 2005 onwards. Chad began a career in insurance as a Producer at Greg Kimberling Insurance and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Idaho, earned between 2001 and 2004.
