Since July 2021, Wes has been working at HC Company, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing project execution and ensuring quality standards are met. Prior to this role, Wes served as a Superintendent at Engineer from June 1997 to July 2021, where leadership and project management skills were honed over 24 years.
