Geoff Edwards

Geoff joined HC-One in 2022 with a wealth of experience in the care industry, having started his career as a Care Assistant aged 16. Inspired by his family, who always taught the value of caring for people, Geoff was dedicated to making a difference to people’s lives and eventually progressed to Home Manager at a fellow national care home provider. He later progressed to Operational Director, where he worked closely with homes to strengthen their compliance.
