Having specialized in quality and nursing across the public and private healthcare sectors for much of her career, Julie joined HC-One in October 2021 to help make a difference to the lives of older people across the UK. As Director of Quality and Chief Nurse, kindness is at the heart of every decision Julie makes and she believes in treating each Resident and Colleague with integrity, empathy, authenticity, and compassion.
