Yogi Yokaratna

Yogi Yokaratna boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Director at BYP Associates Ltd since January 2021 and holding the position of Senior Associate at HCQS since May 2005. Yogi has a robust background in quantity surveying, cost planning, estimating, and commercial management for various pre- and post-contract projects. Previous roles include Director at BYP Associates from April 2003 to 2013, Estimator at Network Rail from 1999 to 2012, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Frankham Consultancy Group from 1994 to 2005. Yogi's education includes an MSc in Construction Management with a Law option from Kingston University, and diplomas in Quantity Surveying from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Croydon College.
