Michael Braverman

Michael Braverman is the SVP of Services and Analytics at hc1.com. Michael has held this position since January 2018. Prior to their current role, Braverman served as the Director of PureConnect Business Operations at Genesys from June 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the strategic and operational initiatives of all Business Operations personnel. Michael also provided leadership and direction for the Business Operations team, resulting in organizational growth and improved team functionality and effectiveness. From October 2012 to June 2017, Braverman worked as the Sr. Manager of Business Operations at Genesys Interactive Intelligence, where they led the Business Operations groups in the delivery of financial planning, analysis, business intelligence, solutions and services. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at FedEx Express from November 2007 to October 2012. Braverman began their career as the VP of Client Development at Retirement Resources in January 1998 and held that position until December 2007.

Michael Braverman has a BS from Butler University in Marketing/Business Administration and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Michael also has certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner.

They are on a team with Charlie Clarke - SVP of Technology, Laura Breedlove - SVP of Product, and Lori Smith - SVP Talent. Michael Braverman reports to Brad Bostic, Chairman and CEO.
