Shelly Gladish Simeone, CHSP

Shelly Gladish Simeone currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at 3Aware since February 2022. Prior to this, Shelly served in a similar capacity at hc1 since December 2013. Shelly also has experience in contract negotiations, contract administration, and oversight of information security and privacy programs. Shelly has a strong background in legal and regulatory services, as well as compliance with laws and regulations.
