Victoria Hungria, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Victoria'smost recent role was as an HR Specialist at hc1 starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Assistant at hc1 from February 2020 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Indianapolis from August 2016 to January 2020, a Skills Development Specialist at the Adult and Child Mental Health Center from February 2016 to August 2016, and an IPAST Field Researcher at the University of Notre Dame- Center for Research on Educational Opportunity (CREO) from September 2015 to February 2016. Victoria also gained experience as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant at Co-Alliance, LLP from June 2014 to August 2015, a Student Intern at CASA Johnson County - Court Appointed Special Advocates from February 2014 to April 2014, and a Student Intern at Johnson County Dept of Child Services from January 2014 to February 2014. Additionally, they served as a General Biology Mentor at Franklin College from August 2012 to December 2013.

Victoria Hungria, M.S. completed their education at the University of Indianapolis, where they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and Design from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Franklin College from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification from the EDGE Mentoring's EDGE|Work Emerging Leaders Program in January 2023.
