Sandra El-Doueihy is a specialist dietitian at The Wellington Hospital since March 2022, focusing on inpatient and outpatient care across various medical services such as surgical, oncology, and cardiac. From January 1997 to March 2022, Sandra operated a private practice as a registered dietitian and nutritionist, addressing diet and nutrition issues for individuals. Additional experience includes a training stint for the IGg4 Food Intolerance Test at Dr. Fooke Laboratorien GmbH, various project trainee roles at leading companies such as Bio-Strath AG and International Flavors & Fragrances, and consultancy in food security projects in Europe and Africa through Healthspan. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut.
