Julian P Yang

Julian P Yang, MD, MBA, currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for HCA Midwest Health, overseeing a flagship 590-bed tertiary care hospital that includes a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Previously, Julian was Chief Medical Officer at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, managing a facility that experiences over 85,000 annual emergency department visits. Prior to that, Julian directed the Neurosciences Clinical Service Unit at Duke University Health System and held academic positions at Duke and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, focusing on Neurocritical Care and tele-neurology. Julian holds an MBA from Duke University and an MD from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Biological Sciences from the same university.
