Abbigail Stanley

Abbigail Stanley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Abbigail began their career as a Making It Count Public Speaker at Monster Worldwide in 2002. Abbigail then worked as a Financial Representative at American General Finance from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they joined Handleman Company as a Recruiting Coordinator from 2006 to 2009, where they coordinated regional recruiters and conducted interview and selection processes. Abbigail then moved to Corrections Corporation of America, where they held various roles including Corporate Recruiter, HRIS System Administrator, and Manager Talent Acquisition - HRIS System Administrator, Taleo. Abbigail was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, training field managers on the Taleo system, and implementing recruitment strategies. Since 2015, Abbigail has been employed at HCA TriStar Division Careers, where they have served as a Talent Acquisition professional and currently holds the position of Nurse Residency Lead Recruiter.

From 1996 to 2000, Abbigail Stanley attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication-Electronic Media Journalism. Additionally, in September 2023, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
