Tierra Awender (Winckler) has a diverse background in various industries, including healthcare, cybersecurity, hospitality, and project design. With experience as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Charge Nurse, Director of Operations, and General Manager, Tierra has showcased strong leadership and management skills. Additionally, Tierra has a background in bartending and has experience in handling emergency situations and implementing educational programs as a Resident Advisor and Campus Ambassador. Currently pursuing a Masters of Nursing degree, Tierra is dedicated to furthering their education and skills in the healthcare field.
