Gonzalo Squella

Gonzalo Squella, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Physician Alignment & Strategy at HCA Florida Healthcare since August 2013. Previously, Gonzalo held the position of Mercy Hospital Director of Physician and Provider Relations at HCA Healthcare from June 2019 to January 2022, focusing on developing physician referrals and hospital-specific sales. From August 2013 to July 2019, Gonzalo was the Director of Health Information Management at Orange Park Medical Center, overseeing the operations and strategy of the Health Information Management Service Center. Gonzalo's professional journey began with a Manager Trainee role in Health Information Management, where foundational skills in HIM operations were developed. Educationally, Gonzalo obtained an MBA from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
