Khadidja Koraibaa

Khadidja Koraibaa, MD, serves as the Senior Medical Director at Health First since September 2022, focusing on health plans, clinical analytics, prior authorization, and medical leadership. With a long-standing career, Khadidja has held positions as a Medical Doctor at HCA Florida Healthcare and AdventHealth since 2016 and 2014, respectively. Previous roles include Executive Medical Director at eviCore healthcare from March 2018 to April 2022 and Medical Director at Parrish Medical Center from 2011 to 2016. Beginning as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital from 2006 to 2011, Khadidja has also contributed to research at Harvard Medical School. Current educational pursuits include a Master's in Executive Healthcare Leadership at Cornell University. Khadidja holds an MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and an earlier medical degree from a medical school in Algiers.
