Amy Rushton, DNP, PMHCNS-BC, currently serves as Vice President of Behavioral Health at HCA Healthcare, a position held since April 2016. Alongside this role, Amy has been an instructor at The Bar Method Tysons Corner since January 2015 and previously worked as Chief Nurse Executive at NVMHI from February 2007 to April 2016. Educationally, Amy Rushton earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nurse Executive Leadership from The Ohio State University (2015-2019), a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from The Catholic University of America (1996-1998), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Syracuse University (1990-1994).
