Barbara Coughlin

Barbara Coughlin, DNP, MBA, RN, currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Service Line Navigation at Parallon, focusing on the strategy and development of new navigation programs within HCA. With extensive experience at HCA Healthcare since September 2011, Barbara has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Care Navigation Operations, Assistant Vice President of Care Management Operations, and Vice President of Quality & Payer Initiatives, among others. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, Barbara has a strong foundation in nursing and healthcare management, supported by a proven track record of enhancing patient navigation services and implementing quality and risk programs across multiple service lines.
