Caleb Chitwood

Caleb Chitwood is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in threat-informed defense and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Threat Informed Defense at HCA Healthcare, Caleb has led various teams focused on Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Red Team capabilities since August 2014. Previous roles at HCA include Manager of Threat Intelligence Services, where responsibilities included overseeing active defense and intelligence dissemination, and Manager of Cyber Threat Response, managing HCA's Security Operations Center. Prior to HCA, Caleb worked at Battelle as a Principal Research Scientist and Project Manager, where involvement included leading a technical support contract for USSOCOM. Caleb holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University.
