Caroline Bowen, CPSP, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at HCA Healthcare since July 2019, Caroline has a solid background in sourcing and hiring talent, having previously worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Parallon from December 2013 to June 2019. Prior to that, Caroline held multiple roles at Mayo Clinic, including Staffing Specialist and HRIS Analyst, where recruitment and analytics were central responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Application Instructor and Training Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and Guest Services Manager at Walt Disney World.
