Chris Lance

Chris Lance is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Data Engineer at HCA Healthcare since October 2025, Chris previously held multiple positions at HealthTrust Performance Group from May 2013 to October 2025, including Full Stack Software Engineer V, Manager of Software Engineering, and Consulting Application Engineer. Prior to that, Chris was a Development Team Lead at Qualifacts Systems, Inc. from July 2007 to April 2013 and began a career as a Web Developer at HCA from May 2004 to June 2007. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
