Jimmy Howard

Jimmy Howard is a Senior Project Manager at HCA Healthcare, where employment began in 2006. Since 2015, Jimmy has developed and delivered a certified training course titled "Project Management - 101" that provides professional development units (PDUs) for Project Management Institute certification. In addition, Jimmy has taken on the responsibility of training and mentoring eight contract Project Manager Assistants, transitioning them to permanent roles. Prior to HCA Healthcare, Jimmy worked at Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. from 1994 to 2005, where roles included Customer Service Supervisor, Trainer, and Senior Customer Service Representative, managing a call center of 20 employees and developing training programs for extensive client service.
