Joe Vernon

Joe Vernon has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services for HCA Healthcare's North Florida Division since January 2008. Vernon has held multiple leadership roles within HCA Healthcare, including Regional Director for the Southeast Service Desk and Director of Application Services. Prior to that, Vernon worked at Aderant as a Client Support Manager from February 1999 to January 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. Additional certifications include training in leadership and support management from organizations such as HCA, HDI, and Service Strategies.
