Lucas Wright

Lucas Wright is an accomplished professional with a strong background in health care administration and business analytics. Currently serving as Director of Compensation at HCA Healthcare, Lucas previously held several key positions at VCU Health, including Director of Business Analytics and Physician Compensation, Manager of Business Analytics and Physician Compensation, and Associate Administrator. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained in May 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the same institution, completed in 2012.
