William R. Frist

William R. Frist is a principal of Frist Capital LLC, a private investment vehicle for Mr. Frist and certain related persons and has held such position since 2003. Mr. Frist is also a general partner in Frisco Partners, another Frist family investment vehicle. Mr. Frist is the brother of Thomas F. Frist, III, who also serves as a director.
