Melanie Quiceno Webb

Melanie Quiceno Webb has a strong and diverse background in recruitment and staffing. Melanie started their career in 2005 at Adecco Employment Services as a Certified Staffing Consultant. Melanie then worked at V.I.P. Staffing as a Certified Staffing Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Melanie joined Carlton Staffing in 2013, where they served as a Recruiter and later as an Operations Manager until 2017. Currently, they are at HCA Houston Healthcare, where they have held various roles such as Associate Recruiter Surgical Services, Healthcare Recruiter, StaRN Nurse Graduate Recruiter, and is currently serving as a Nurse Residency Lead Recruiter.
