Jason Watson

Jason Watson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jason currently serves as the Director of Quality at HCB Yachts, a position they assumed in March 2022. Prior to this, Jason worked at Mills Products for six years as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were involved in various quality processes and managed a team of 3-4 employees. Before that, they were a Consultant/Engineering Support at Quality Control Consultants Group, working on supplier/manufacturer relationships and finding effective solutions for clients. Jason also has experience as a Warehouse Manager at Knight Rifles, an Operations Manager at GE Transportation, an Engagement Manager at Product Action, and a Fabricator at Heil Trailer International. In addition, they have served in the United States Marine Corps, holding positions as Section Head Chief and Artillery Section Chief. Overall, Jason has developed a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and leadership throughout their career.

Jason Watson obtained their Associates of Applied Science in Business from Cleveland State Community College in 2021. Prior to that, they received a high school diploma from Central High School in 1994. Additionally, they have various certifications including a Certificate in Business and Management from Cleveland State Community College in 2021, a Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification in 2019, a Bullet Proof Manager Program from Crestcom International in 2018, and a Fundamentals of GD&T from GE Appliances, a Haier company in 2017. Jason also received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from the United States Marine Corps in 1998.
