Sean Travers

Sean Travers is an accomplished executive in the talent acquisition industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of both MESHD and ZooKeep since September 2022. MESHD, established by HCCR, provides specialized recruitment and RPO solutions for Industry 5, while ZooKeep focuses on optimizing client hiring processes through digital infrastructure and expert teams. Additionally, Travers is the Representative Director and Co-Founder of HCCR, a firm dedicated to solving critical talent issues for clients since 2016. Previously, Travers held the role of Representative Director at EarthStream Global, launching Japan's first energy-focused recruiting firm from 2013 to 2016, and served as the Senior Practice Leader for HRnet One from 2006 to 2013, overseeing operations across Japan and the Asia Pacific region.
