Elizabeth Buchanan

Elizabeth Buchanan, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading and managing diverse teams in the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager II at HCD International, Inc., Elizabeth implements agile methodologies across multiple projects with substantial budgets, manages a team of 18, and engages actively with government and technology clients. Previously, as Lead Project Manager at the District of Columbia Public Schools, Elizabeth enhanced school improvement program success and achieved significant client retention improvements. Additional roles include Project Manager at Community Connections, Inc., where Elizabeth focused on client outcomes and regulatory compliance, and Psychotherapist at QCI Behavioral Health, providing trauma-informed care.
