Sean Heyneman

Sean Heyneman is an experienced professional in digital learning and education with a background in environmental research and language instruction. Currently serving as a Digital Learning Facilitator and Contact Tracer Trainer at HCD International, Inc. since May 2020, Sean previously taught English at EF International Language Campuses in 2019, delivering numerous language-learning lectures and professional skills workshops. A former Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Michigan's School for Environment and Sustainability, Sean conducted significant research on the tourism industry's ecological impact in Central Asia and supported projects aimed at renewable energy transition. Additionally, Sean served as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2013 to 2015, where capacity-building efforts for local educators and improvements to educational resources were prominent. Sean holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Russian Studies.
