Kendra Nickel

Kendra Nickel, ACC, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development and Director of Human Resources at HCF Management, Inc., providing comprehensive human resources leadership to EncompassCare since July 2015. Previously, Kendra held various roles at Bluffton University from August 2011 to May 2016, including Cheerleading Advisor, Graduate Assistant in the Center for Career & Vocation, and Adjunct Instructor of Business, where responsibilities included teaching Human Resources Management. Kendra’s experience also includes positions as an Independent Unit Leader at lia sophia, a Relationship Manager at ADP, and HR Manager at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, as well as an Employment Specialist at Rockingham Memorial Hospital and multiple roles at Greencroft Communities. Kendra earned an MBA from Bluffton University and a BA in Business Management from the same institution, with educational beginnings at Ohio Wesleyan University and Bluffton High School.
