Sudhir Patro

Sudhir Patro, FIII, currently serves as the Head of New Business and Head of Corporate Sales at HCL Healthcare since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sudhir held significant positions at HDFC ERGO General Insurance from December 2017 to June 2021, including Senior Vice President responsible for National Sales Management and Vice President for South India Geo Distribution. From September 2014 to December 2017, Sudhir was Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, leading the Employee Benefit business. Sudhir also has experience as Assistant Vice President for Business Development at Vidal Health from July 2012 to August 2014, and as Zonal Sales Manager at ICICI Lombard between January 2005 and June 2012, where career advancement included various sales management roles. Early career experiences include working as a Sales Officer for Nestle India Limited and as a Management Trainee at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Sudhir holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MBA in Marketing, and a BSc in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
