Mehboob Alam

Mehboob Alam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capability development and training across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant in Capability Development at HCLSoftware since November 2021, Mehboob previously held the position of Training Manager at SBI Card from July 2017 to October 2021. Prior roles include Training Lead at CSS Corp (January 2013 - December 2016), Communication Trainer at The Endeavour (September 2011 - December 2012), Voice and Accent Coach at Wipro (November 2008 - June 2011), and Customer Service Executive at HSBC (July 2007 - May 2008). Mehboob Alam holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Communication from Annamalai University and a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
