Will Carroll

Will Carroll has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Will is currently working as the Director of Policy and Strategic Finance at HCM Strategists since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Office of Management and Budget as a Program Examiner in the Education Branch from September 2011 to August 2022. Will also served as a Fellow at The Aspen Institute in March 2020. In 2012, Will worked as an Education Policy Fellow at the US Senate HELP Committee. Will began their career as a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education from August 2010 to September 2011. Before that, they worked as a Policy Intern at Advance Illinois in 2009 and as a Program Coordinator at Philadelphia Futures from 2006 to 2008. Will also served as a Deputy Finance Director at Allyson Schwartz for Congress from August 2005 to March 2006.

Will Carroll graduated from Haverford College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Will then pursued further education at Duke University, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Policy (M.P.P) from 2008 to 2010.
