Vivian Oramas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and human capital management. Currently serving as Payroll Manager, Lead HCM Consultant, and HCM Consultant at HCM Unlocked since March 2020, Vivian has previously held the role of Project Manager II at Kronos Incorporated from October 2017 to December 2019. At ADP from September 2003 to October 2017, Vivian advanced through several positions including Project Lead, Configuration Implementation Specialist, Implementation Specialist II, Full Level Tax Specialist, and Sr. Commission Specialist. Vivian's expertise encompasses implementation services, project management, client relations, and tax compliance, complemented by strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
