Rebecca Holt, M.Urb, serves as the Senior Director of Sustainability at hcma since September 2019. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Perkins+Will, including Senior Sustainable Building Advisor and Director of the Sustainable Communities Research Lab, where contributions focused on high-performance design, urban ecology, and social equity. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, teaching principles of green building, and working as a Sustainability Specialist at Stantec Consulting Ltd. Rebecca's educational background includes a Master of Urban Studies in Sustainable Development from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sociology from the University of Victoria.
