Allison McCrea Smith

Allison McCrea, JD, MBA is currently the Managing Director and Chair of the Board at HCMWorks, where Allison provides strategic direction to the management team and oversees business operations. Allison is also a board member at Flextrack Inc and Procom, two staffing and contract workforce services providers. With a background in IT and HR infrastructure, Allison has previously worked as a Legal Counsel and Management Consultant at Accenture. Allison holds a JD from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is pursuing an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
