Clayton Osborne

Clayton Osborne is the founder of True Insights Consulting LLC. Clay is a coach with the Achieving Excellent Program, a partnership between Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, and Neighborhood Works America. He was VP of Human Resources for Bausch + Lomb, Inc., with global leadership responsibilities for talent management, diversity and inclusion, and health and wellness. He is active as adjunct faculty at St. John Fisher College.
