Kathleen Ely

Kathleen Ely serves as the Interim Managing Director at HCRG Care Group since December 2021 and at Virgin Care since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing transformation projects for services aimed at children from pre-birth to 19 years across Essex. Previously, Kathleen held various leadership positions at Virgin Care, including Deputy Managing Director and Head of Transformation, and at Surrey Community Health as Chief Nurse/Lead for Children's Services. Prior roles also include Deputy Director of Quality and Risk at NHS Barnet and several governance and risk management positions at Barnet PCT and Haringey PCT. Kathleen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Ethics and Law from Middlesex University and various qualifications in risk management and occupational health and safety.
