Max R. Lafer

Max R. Lafer serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Acquisitions at HCS Home Health Care Services of New York since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lafer held positions as a Senior Associate Attorney at Hodgson Russ LLP and an Associate Attorney at both MendenFreiman LLP and Trusted Counsel (Ashley), LLC. Past experience includes providing legal counsel on corporate and securities issues at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, where Lafer was involved in multi-million dollar mergers and business succession planning. Lafer's legal journey began as a Legal Intern at Rich Products Corporation and as a Summer Associate at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP.
