Isa K. has extensive experience in cybersecurity and network administration, currently serving in Cybersecurity Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since January 2022. Responsibilities include incident response, managing email phishing alerts, implementing email security policies, and conducting analyses using tools such as ProcessExplorer and VirusTotal.
