Jeremy Upright

Jeremy Upright has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager for DevOps Platform Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since December 2004, with prior experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in development tools support and administration. Jeremy's background includes management roles, such as 02B Hunt Team Manager at Liverpool FC America and Order Entry/Billing Supervisor at Ionex Telecom, where oversight of teams and operational processes was key. Earlier experience as an Analyst at Birch Telecom involved data gathering and reporting for order management.
