Karen Hill, CPACC, currently serves as the Graphic Design Services Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since May 2022, after a notable tenure as a Graphic Designer with Circuit Media from July 2019 to May 2022, where contributions included managing federal and local government projects and developing marketing materials. Prior experience encompasses roles at RockSol Consulting Group, Kiewit, The Creative Group, and Aquent, focusing on proposal graphics, template creation, and visual design for various formats. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, Karen possesses extensive expertise in graphic design, accessibility, and mentorship within the industry.
