Kelly Schulz Richard

Kelly Schulz Richard, MPH is currently serving as the Director of Divisional Strategy for Government Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Kelly has held various positions at companies such as Point B, Sg2, Slalom Consulting, Valence Health, and Springhill Consulting Group, with roles ranging from Principal to Sr. Analyst. Kelly holds a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health and Global Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Pre-Health from the University of Michigan.
