Nimrod Nir

Nimrod Nir is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently at HCT - Hadarom Container Terminal since November 2020, where responsibilities include creating and approving training procedures and strategizing annual training plans. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Orbotech from 2006 to 2020, holding various leadership roles such as R&D SW Project Manager and Knowledge Manager, which involved end-to-end project management, customer needs analysis, and the development of training programs for global teams.
